Dine Out in the 1880s

Settler's Restaurant is a 50 seat à la carte restaurant in Deloraine, Tasmania.

Part of Mountain View Country Inn, it has wonderful views of the Great Western Tiers from the inside seating areas as well as the outside deck area.

Settler's Restaurant has been decorated with an 1800's theme. Imagine stepping back in time, as you gaze around Settlers Restaurant:

• Walls clad in corrugated iron and historic newspaper;
• Rustic timber furniture;
• Lamp lit tables and a warm, open fire;
• Early settler's memorabilia including a working pianola;
• Pottery tankards, steins, tumblers and goblets and
• Ice cold beer from wooden kegs.

Settler's has been designed so that you settle in, dine and enjoy a wonderfully warm atmosphere and good old-fashioned country hospitality.

We are open for Dinner from 6pm Monday to Sunday.

Settler's Restaurant is 30 minutes drive from Launceston and Devonport and an ideal venue for Corporate training, seminars, meetings and functions for up to 50 people.
